MY APPROACH

After more than 25 years of teaching, mentoring, and leading, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself:
Talented, dedicated teachers leave trainings certified —but unsure of their voice, their confidence, or how to truly support students.
I created this training to change that.
This is not a factory-style certification.
This is teacher development.
We focus on:
  • real bodies, not idealized ones
  • nervous systems, not just poses
  • presence, communication, and leadership
  • helping teachers feel confident before they walk into a room
Because when teachers feel supported, students feel it immediately.

I believe teaching yoga is a responsibility.
Students place their bodies, their breath, and often their healing in our care.
That deserves more than surface-level training.
My role is not to mold you into my image —
it’s to help you uncover your voice, refine your skills, and step into teaching with clarity and confidence.
